Vintage metal unusual steamer storage trunk box

This is a fabulous and rather interesting old metal steamer trunk.  Having a rich orange colour with all the wear and patina you would expect from a truly vintage item.

it would suit a contemporary or period setting as a decorative display piece, or could be used as an attractive retro storage chest: for bedding, toys, shoes, magazines, books etc., or used as a cool and stylish ‘shabby-chic’ coffee table.

The interior is totally original with a bold blue interior.

obviously being an old used trunk there are scratches and dents but this all adds to the rustic appeal.
