Vintage industrial steel storage tool box Ebbw Vale coal mine

This interesting tool box was bought locally in South Wales, it was used to store tools someone’s tools in and has a brass engraved plate on top with the wording W Gregory 7 Plantation Terrace Ebbw Vale Mon  . The storage box  is sporting a fantastic patina look due to its age and the type of setting it’s been salvaged from, there are signs of wear including small dents, scratches and rust. This does nothing to detract, however, and is, in fact, what gives the box its character. We have treated the box to a lovely wax.
