Vintage 1940s Industrial GEC floor spot light

A fantastic and Desirable 1940s Military G.E.C floor spot light, believed  originally for use on airfields. The lights have a steel frame and aluminium shade, with original grey finish and all the patina and charm for a vintage item making it a great talking piece.

The light has some small dents as expected for age, unfortunately the steel bezel which holds the glass into place has rusted and snapped so will need repair (please see photos) but otherwise in great condition for age. It will need to be rewired for use.
